We have a set process for our business and try our best to stick to it to provide our quality service. From first enquiry of the customer till the delivery of the order, we have all in our system. Once we receive an enquiry, we analyze the requirement. We understand the requirement by the client like what will be the use of uniform, what quantity is required, when it will be required and all such things. We may discuss this on phone or we meet them personally as preferred by the client. We showcase them various fabric options along with color shade cards and some physical uniform samples. In some cases the client have their existing uniforms so we take samples from them and suggest the way to make it better and cheaper. Then we quote them with best price and timeline. Then we move ahead with preparing samples with the organization’s logo. Once the sample is approved and we receive the purchase order, we can move ahead to make the complete ordered requirement. As per the timeline given, we deliver at the client’s place. We are more than happy to receive the feedback so that we can improvise our services and make it better day by day. We think that communication to the client is very important and we value that. We remain in continuous touch with the client and keep them updated about their order. We take care that once we commit we should be able to fulfill that commitment. It’s always good to see smile on client’s face when we deal with them.
